It's Offical

sold

We FINALLY heard back from the bank! YIPPEE! We were expecting the offer to come through this week, but we couldn't be sure until we got the papers in hand! I can not tell you how excited we are!  We should be closing by the 19th of November at the VERY Latest!!  All we have to do is get the Appraisal and then close! We have already got the loan in motion and are pre-approved, so things should move quickly!!

We moved to Utah in hopes of finding a home over 1 year ago. We figured we would live with my parents for 1-3 months and then find a place of our own.  We were so exited to be in the market to buy a home since all we heard was that it is a buyers market. We honestly thought we would find what we were looking for in the blink of an eye. Turns out we are a bit pickier than we thought and that there were not SO MANY amazing deals out there waiting for us.  We looked at hundereds of houses…Literaly HUNDREDS and could not find anything we liked for the right price!  We finally decided to build a house (4 months ago), but after we were into the planning process about a month, we realized that we were going to be spending 60k more than we wanted.  We talked and prayed about it and decided it was not the right thing to do.

So there we were 10 months into the house hunting process, back at square one.  The very day we backed out of building the house, we came across a short sale that was not even listed on the market. It was a fluke that I found out about through talking to an agent about a different listing. We went and saw the house that very day and fell in love. Not only did we love the house and the location, but the price was perfect! We would be getting it for a screaming good deal and move in with instant equity. Since it was a short sale we had to wait for the bank to approve our offer price.  We were told it would only take 3 weeks…so patiently we waited.  Yesterday was the 2 1/2  month mark! ha 3 weeks my bum!  Oh well..all that is behind us now! We could not be more excited to get into our own house. For so many reasons!  Here are a few pictures if you missed them when I posted them a while back. (looking at these is teasing me because I want to move in and live there so bad!) ha ha!!

I hope you don't mind me sharing. I am just so excited now that it is official!! Moving to Utah has not been the easiest transition, but once everything falls into place, it will all be worth it!  It definitely pays to be patient! We can not wait to start this new chapter of our life!

Shred Day 3

Shred Day 3, Level

2

You were right!! Level #2 is just as intense as level #3.  My arms (mostly shoulders) are still fatigued and sore. I could barley hold my arm up to put on my mascara this morning. I seriously had to take tiny breaks to give my shoulder a rest…I can't believe that just 20 minutes can fatigue your muscles so much…love it!  Stephanie warned me about the squats and army raises (chest flys)….I didn't know what I was in for…all I can say is OUCH. They hurt so freaking bad. I have been using 5lb weights throughout each workout, but after the first set of those baby's combined with the shoulder press, leg extension immediately afterwards, I dropped the 5lbs and went down to 3lbs.  Even the 3lbs were killing me…killing me!  I opened the basement window in hopes that the FREEZING cold weather would make the room seem cooler, didn't happen. I was hot as ever and sweating like crazy! The workout was awesome!

I loved the Cardio too! I really like doing the double jump rope. It's fun to pretend like I'm on a trampoline and see how high I can get. When I visualize this my calf's work so much harder and get so fatigued…that move works so many body parts I love it!  I also loved the plank jumps. If you focus on holding your tummy in tight and keeping your body squared over our shoulders you are working your shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, stomach and inner and outer thighs! THAT IS WHAT I LIKE! An all in one move!!

The situps were great too!  Does anyone else like that burning feeling in their stomach while doing sittups?  Am I sick to acutally like that pain?

Now that I know that level 2 and 3 are equally intense, I am going to rotate back and forth between the two. This way I will work out different areas of my body every other day and I won't get bored doing the same thing.  Since I have now done levels 1-3 I don't plan on doing a full report of each workout everyday….I think it would get boring since the workouts are the same over and over.

I am SUPER excited that YOU (for those of you that have) have joined in and are doing it with me (us)!  There are now 9 people doing the Shred! I love you for joining in and making it more fun! I feel motivated and excited that we are doing it together! Those of you who aren't doing the Shred, don't feel left out or get bored with all the Shred talk going on here….I want to hear about what you are doing and what you like/dislike about your workouts…I can't tell you how much I love all of your feed back and suggestions and ideas and everything. It is SO much fun to hear from you guys and learn what makes you tick and how you live your life!  I seriously love you!

I am taking today as an rest day from the Shred because GUESS WHAT? My sister COURTNEY and her sweet little family came into town last night! I am so excited they are here! I came into work at 5am so I could get off early and spend the day with them!  I am only going to work until 12:00pm (yay!).  My parents always fly my sister and her family to Utah for our annual Halloween party. They usually come in on Wednesday and stay through the weekend! The festivities go on the entire weekend….its a blast!  Needless to say, I will not be doing the Shred today after work and was not willing to get up at 4:00am this morning to make it happen either! Tomorrow, Courtney and I are going to go to a Yoga class in the morning. I set this as my weekly goal for "Baby Steps to Body Love" I intend on completing it! I've only been to 3-4 yoga classes ever and my sister has never been…I'm super excited!

I can't believe its 5:30am and I am so awake, alert and HAPPY! I am super excited about the weekend and super pumped about life.  So many fun things going on right now!! What fun things you say?……..I'll fill you in shortly!!

What is your favorite type of exercise?
-Cardio (running, kick boxing, eliptical, swimming, etc)?
-Yoga (what type) ?
-Strength Training (Free weights, organized program, circut training, etc)?

Shred Day 2 Level 3

Shred Day 2

level-3-night-club

Success! I jumped right into level three and loved it! It was GREAT! I was grunting and squeeling and sweating just the way I like! My arms were on fire, and my legs were burning! It gave me just what I was looking for and in 25 short minutes!

The plyometic lunges were so hard. I've never done them like that before and my legs were burning. Dave got home 10 minutes into the workout and sat and watched me the entire time. ( He goes through spurts where he is super motivated to exercise and then not intersted at all) this week, he's not intersted!  Lucky for him his muscles are huge and he is in great shape all the time!

I liked the floor work in level three with the plank exercises and the leg lifts. I also enjoyed the abs in level 3. They were much more challenging.

All in all the workout was great! Today (if I can fit it in) I am going to try level 2, as i've heard it is just as hard as level 3.  Jillian is not bugging me yet, but after another 27 times, she might start to get on my nerves. Oh well I can handle it, a toned body does not come for free right!!???

If you are contemplating joining in and doing the Shred with me….don't think about it anymore, jump on bored and get started. I plan on doing the shred 5x a week for 6 weeks, which will equal 30 days. I will take 1-2 rest days each week. Sunday is always my guaranteed rest day, and then I'll vary the other day throughout the week if I choose to take it. You can take rest days whenever works best for you!  I think there are a total of 6 people who have started doing the shred this week….join us!!  I plan on taking my measurements this week too..but I keep forgetting. I am going to make an effort to do it tonight. I am also going to take some before pics. You don't have to do this if you don't want….I just like to do it for fun!!  Here is to SHREDDING.

ALSO…..like I mentioned yesterday. If you are not interested in doing the shred, I challenge you to commit to some sort of fitness goal for the next 30 days whatever it may be.  The Holiday's are right around the corner and i'm looking forward to getting in better shape instead of the other way around!  Let me know what your plan is and we can help hold each other accountable!! If you just say a goal in your head no one is there to hold you accountable and it is much easier to slip up or give up…use me and your other bloggie friends to help push you a little harder over the next few months we will be your sounding bored!! I'm always here for support and encouragement!!

Do you have a plan to help keep your fitness and nutrion in check this holiday season?
Do you find yourself slackign off and doing things differently?

2 hour snooze

snooze-buttom

Good Morning/noon.  I pressed snooze for 2 hours this morning. That means for 2 hours every 10 minutes I reaced over and pushed the snooze button! HA!! That's right. 12 times! I wanted to get up and work out and get it done for the day, but when my alarm started going off I immediately changed my mind.  I kept waking up looking at the clock and deciding to wake up in another 1/2 hour. That 1/2 hour turned into 2 hours and I finally got out of bed at 6:30, leaving me no time to workout.

Dave and I's work schedules are pretty similar, however he works more hours (by choice).  He gets up about 4:30 and works until 3:00-3:00. I get up anywhere from 5-6:30 depending on my schedule for the day.  I usually work until 3:00 or 3:30 too.  We really like this schedule because we get off of work so early!  We do end up going to be much earlier 9:30ish, but it works out great for us.

I used to workout every morning at 5:00am and then get to work about 7:00am, but when I finished my personal training sessions I started working out after work with Dave.  The change up was really nice. I was still waking up really early but not having to work out….at least not until after work. It felt really nice!  Now that I've been working out after work for the past 2 months, I'm not sure which one I like better.  I keep thinking I'd like to do it in the morning, but now, every time I try to get up in the morning I unconsciously decide that I'd rather do it after work. ha!

Today I 'm going to comprimise between the two. I brought my laptop and gym clothes to work and am going to get in a workout at work. We have a small gym here at work…it is the size of a coat closet. They have a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical and some hand weights. I usually HATE working out here because there is only so much you can do, and only so much room. Using the Shred DVD, I think I'll have everything I need in that closet of a gym to get it done!

I'm going to head over there right now and get in a workout. (I'll wait to post this until i'm back so I can post a pic of the gym).

(I did level three yesterday and it was awesome!) I really liked it. It was super hard. My arms and legs were burning and I was sweating up a storm. I've been told that level 2 is just as hard so I am going to test that out right now!

Working out in the "closet" is very rare thing for me. I really hate working out at work, but since I was ridiculous and pushed snooze for 2 hours and since I have other plans after work, I really have no choice. Closet work out it is!

What the WHAT! I just got back from the gym aka closet .I went to the bathroom changed into my workout closes and then went down to the gym. When I opened the door there were three cubicles where they gym used to be. WHAT!!??  They moved the gym I went and talked to the front desk people and they said they had to get rid of the gym to accommodatenew people. WHAT! How lame is that! I guess I will not be working out at work today. That's what I get for not following through with my morning plans right?! lol. I will try to fit it in later today, if not I'll have to take today as a rest day!

I think it's important that we work out at the right time. That right time is the time that works best for each of us individually. For some the morning is the ONLY way to go. And for others, morning workouts are horrible and evenings/afternoons are perfect! It does not matter when you workout or where, what matters is that you are doing it.  You will get just as good of a workout in the morning as you do in the evening/afternoon as long as you are dedicated and push yourself! It's important to do what is best for you and your body!! With that being said…I'm curious as to when you work out and why? Morning, afternoon, evening?

Do you prefer working out in the morning or the evening?  Is it choice or forced by schedule?

Do you ever work out at work?

The Shred

 30 Day Shred

shred

I was not sure what to expect but was super excited to pop it in and find otu! I listened to her intro and decided I would start with level 1 and see what I thought.

Thoughts:
Level 1 was an OK workout, but not enough for me, especially since it is only 20 minutes.  Jillian said…this is only 20 minutes, so if you want to be able to work out for 20 minutes and really see a difference in your body, you have to work really hard.  After the workout I knew that I needed to bump it up to level 2 or 3. I went through and watched both level 2 and 3 and decidedI will do level 3 today and see how it goes. Pretty sure I can handle it for 20 minutes. Plus, I like to feel like I got my butt kicked. Nothing is worse than feeling like you need more or you could have worked harder! I ended up adding on a 2.5 miles fast paced walk afterwards.

Likes:
I love the ciruct training. I like how the workout is set up. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. I really enjoyed that.  I like that Jillian explains how to do each move properly. I feel comfortable with most exercises but sometimes there is technique that really makes the move more effective, and if I'm going to do something, I want to be doing it right!

I like that she does not allow any breaks. I totally agree with what she says…if you want a 20 minute workout to change your body..YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD.  She kept saying this does not come free. These abs do not come free…etc. I love hearing things like that.  Sometimes I get caught up in looking at other people and wishing for their bodies or muscles or whatever….I have to remember that their toned bodies did not come free, and if I want it I have to work for it! I really like that!

I like that there are a lot of reps in the strength training section. Since there are so many reps, you can use lighter weight but really fatigue the muscle! I can't wait to try level 3…I think it will be perfect!

I like that this is a 30 day program.

Anyone can do it, beginner or advanced. (I'm working on getting my mom and dad to do level 1)

You don't need anything besides hand weights.

Dislikes:
I can see myself getting bored doing the same workout over and over. (I think at 30 days I'll be ready for something new) -I do however think that a repetitive program allows you to see big results in your body since you are working the areas over and over.

Jillian does not recommend using a particular weight for the workouts. I'd like to know a round about number to shoot for instead of guessing. When I am told beginner use X amount of weight, intermediate X amount,  Advanced X  amount…I think it helps me push harder and I end up lifting more and pushing harder. (I found this to be the case with my personal trainer).

Conclusion:
I am SUPER excited to do the 30 day shred. I am excited to try level 3 today and see how that works out.  I think this program is going to give my body some great results.  I am excited to track my progress on the blog and hopefully encourage you to do the same (even if its not with the shred). The holiday season is right around the corner, instead of putting on the lbs…lets get in better shape, lose some LBS (if needed) and keep our bodies moving!! How great will it feel to come away from the holiday season, leaner, meaner (fitness wise) and in better shape!?? Gobble gobble!
I bought my copy of the shred on line for $10! It is super cheap and well worth the money! If you are interested in joining in and doing the Shred with me and don't yet own the Shred, click  30 Day Shred and it will take you to several different Shred DVD's for sale (some as cheap as $7 with free shipping).

Sylar/Dave

(UPDATE, Dave read this post and said I picked a bad picture and that this post is weird…lol…I disagree to both his comments)

Take a look at this

syler 1

Now this

dave

And now this

syler

WT FREAK! Resemblance much? Or is it just me? (can't be just me!!)
The first time I watched Heroes, I couldn't stop laughing at my husband look alike on screen playing a serial killer, killing people! Dave looks a lot like SYLAR (Zachary Quinto)/ (Dave is much better looking..duh) but similar right!?

Sometimes when we are, in the dark, I look at him and think, "Don't kill me Sylar". (lol) In the dark and with my blurry eyes it's hard to know if its Dave or Sylar!!

This post has no point. I am excited to watch Hero's tonight, is that a good enough reason to post?? Hope so!

Jac and Cheese!
Jac and CheeseI mean Mac and Cheese!

This is my beautiful sister Jacqueline aka Jac.  When I thought about what picture to post this week related to mac and cheese, I instantly rhymed (? not sure why) and thought of Jac…get it jac/mac, ya they rhyme! Jac is my favorite! She is sweet, kind, loving, giving and always there for me! She is so awesome and now you are all lucky enough to know her!  She was so sweet to agree to take these pictures.  She was hanging out with us last night watching a football game and was in her comfies no make up and without hesitation she agreed to let me take her picture!  She told me that she didn't care if she didn't have make up because "Make up is not what makes you beautiful!" You got that right sister!!  You can read more about the my cute sister here.

Recommended Food Item Week #3: Macaroni and Cheese
Jac and Cheese twoNotice anything CRAZY in the background of this picture? That is only the BEGINING of my  mom's crazy Halloween Decorations for our Party this Friday!

Ok back on subject: I bought these two items at Walmart. (sorry if you don't like Walmart, I do).

I want to shed some light on a few things.  Project Feed Me now has 142 members.  Last week project feed me grew by 22 members!  Thanks to YOU!  These numbers will only continue to grow as you continue to get the word out and make sure people are following through!  We all know how easy the Project is which makes it all the better!

With the current 142 members we will be donating a minimum of 3000 meals.  My heart swells when I think about it.  Imagine your chili, tuna fish and mac and cheese being eaten by someone less fortunate who may not have eaten that day if it weren't for you.  The $2 (give or take) that you spend on your items will give hope to someone in need.

Thank you all for our continuing efforts and support!  Much Love!  Here's to week three!!

Project Feed Me Fun
Since this weekend is Halloween, I thought it was only appropriate to have the Project Feed Me Fun be Halloween related. I challenge all of you to write about your most memorable Halloween experience. It can be from any year of your life, just pick your favorite, post it for everyone…and somewhere in your post mention Project Feed Me and link your readers to this page.  It will be a fun post to read and a great way to get people aware of Project Feed Me!

Baby Steps Update
Last week I made a goal to take some time to pamper myself and take a long hot bath.  I did it! Here is my proof:
Candles, Toast, Juice and some reading material. It was very nice and relaxing. It felt great t0 follow through with my "baby steps goal" and show myself some love!
Did you accomplish your baby step this week?

5 miles all smiles

5 MIles! Yay! I am so excited to report that I ran 5 miles! I have run longer distances than this before, but not in a long time and not for the right reasons!  Dave had to go to work bah humbug (more on that later) so he was not able to come with. It was a bit chilly outside so I made sure I was dressed properly. I had some warm Adidas pants on, a shirt and jacket and the cutest gloves ever! I bought them yesterday at Dollar Tree….Aren't they so cute? They were perfect and kept my fingers warm the whole time.

I talked my dad into speed walking half of my run with me but as soon we started we both realized he was not going to keep up…I figured I ran pretty slow so it would be the same…not even close.(You are not slow you are just beginning…keep fighting and you'll get better and stronger "The Power of Positive Thinking"). After we realized we were not at all at the same pace he told me to ago head and he'd do his normal walk.  I was off like a rocket. I was actually going faster at first and then I slowed down to my normal.  I used www.mapmyride.com like many of you suggested. I plotted out where I was going to run and made sure it was 5 miles. When I made it to the half way point, I felt great and knew that another 2.5 miles would be completely doable. Towards the end one of the roads I picked on the www.mapmyride, was not a through street like it had shown online, so I had to hike up a muddy hillside and meet up with the road I was looking for, it might have cost me a minute or two but it wasn't bad.  The last 10 minutes my knees started to hurt the last little bit and I started to feel a blister on the side of my right foot (I don't know what I was thinking but I picked horrible socks to run in), but other than that I really felt great!  I ran right inside and checked my time. (Yes I have a watch could use, but I wanted to see how fast i'd run it without looking at the clock). I was shooting for a time of 60 minutes and I completed in 56 minutes! 4 minutes faster than i'd hoped for! I jumped for joy…literally! Immediately after my joy jump, I laid on the kitchen floor and stretched for 10 or 15 minutes.  Then my dad took this picture in the driveway….check out the leaves and mountain…so pretty.

DSC_0886

He was proud of me…ha so was I!

My knees were sore for the next hour and then they felt fine, but surprisingly my entire body is sore. Muscle sore that is. I'm not sure if its from this run or from Jillian's workout on Thursday. I think it is a combination of both!  Anyhow, the run went great and I am thrilled that I ran 5 miles and am still alive! Next week I think I'll add on one more mile…ha before I do that…I think I might just look into some of the training schedules you all suggested!! Running is awesome. (DUH NAT WE KNOW) I feel strong and accomplished, do you know what I mean? I love thinking that I ran 5 miles today. Even though the distance isn't that far compared to other bloggers out there, to me it is awesome and that is all I care about. No need tracking my progress against someone else's, its a waste of time.  I'm more than happy with 5 miles!!

HF_WeWantYou

Actually I want you to do the Shred with me!

Next week I plan to start The 30 Day Shred! I know many of you own The 30 day Shred and have done it before so if you want to join in and do it with me, I'd love it!! I am planning on starting Monday! It would be SUPER fun to talk about it together and track our progress….is anyone in I hope so! If we start on the 26th we will end the first week of December. December 4th to be precise. Who's in? Let me know ASAP!!  What a better way to stay in shape over the holidays?  Instead of gaining weight from all the extra stuff we end up eating around the holidays, we will be staying in shape and getting really strong! If you/we commit to doing it together it will be a good way for us to hold each other accountable!!

PX90 News:

I talked to Dave about Px90 (Over a yummy 2 for $20 dinner at Chili's last night) and we decided that after we move into the new house (if we do) we will create a gym in the basement with everything we need for PX90 and get started! We are shooting for after Christmas. I think this will give us enough time to get moved in settled, and get the equipment that we need to get started! I am SO PUMPED TO TRY IT!! Have you watched any of the testimonials? Geeze it puts a hug bug in me and makes me want to do it! All 90 days of it!

So, just incase you're wondering, I am typing this laying on the floor in Dave's office at work. I also just finished 20 minutes of yoga (in his office)!  He even put on Yoga music for me.  He likes to work with the lights off and a small light on so, the mood was perfect!! Wondering why I'm at Dave's office on a Saturday doing yoga and blogging? He had to come into work today because they had some crisis and he was the only one who could fix it. I feel bad for him he really didn't want to come in, but he is the brain and they needed him. I brought him lunch and am now just hanging out while he does his thing.  I brought plenty to keep my occupied. Computer, yoga dvd, magazines, book and in case I get tired a body pillow!!

For lunch we ha Rumbi Grill for! MMMM!! I had a kids meal with Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Rice and Dave had a 1/2 order of the Teriyaki Chicken and rice (minus veggies).  YUMMO! It was great!

Here he is my lovey working away ( I turned off the flash so you get an idea of how dark it is in there)

Here I am blogging away

IMG_5761

After he comes up with a solution to the problem they are having, we are going to go to the mall and buy our Halloween costumes.  We both know what we are going to be and I can't wait. My parents throw a HUGE Halloween party every year (you can't even imagine how crazy it is). It is next Friday so we've got to get on it!  We also might go to IKEA to look for some fun things for when we move!  And even more exciting than that…. later tonight we are going to a Haunted house with my sister and her husband! I can't wait!

(5 minutes later) YAY HE DID IT! HE FIXED THE PROBLEM!! WOO HOO…LOOKS LIKE WE ARE HEADED TO HAVE SOME FUN!    two-da lew!

At Home Workout

full dvd set biggest winner
(Gosh, I want my arms to look like that…."They will…keep at it")
THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING!!
When I got home from work yesterday I waited patiently for Dave to get home so we could workout together.  When he got home he was tired as ever (worked 12 hours) and not in the mood to workout. I was a little bummed because I had already waited over 30 minutes and could have been close to done by then…but he said if I stayed home and worked out he'd hang out with my in the basement while I did it. Sounded good to me.  I popped in  the The Biggest Winner DVD (Full Frontal) and went to town.

I had not done one of these dvd's forever so it was really fun!  Compared to crossfit they are not as hard, but it was still a great workout!  Five minutes into the workout Dave came out and joined me. He decided he would feel better if he worked out, so we ended up doing it together! What a sport!  We were sweating our butts off! That Jillian, she is so….EMBARASSING in these dvd's. She's such a cheese ball it's almost hard to watch.  Dave goofed around during the cardio segments and tried to make me laugh….It is so hard for me to not laugh when he does that stuff, but it totally messes up what I'm doing if I break down and laugh.  He's a goof ball. After we were finished I had Dave take a few pictures of some of the exercises we did.  When he was done, I headed out side and ended with a 1 mile run around the block! It was wonderful. A few pics…

Chest Press

One Legged Squat (oh the concentration)

French Dips (That's what she called them, but I don't)

Push Ups

Side Leg Lift with Goal Posts

Chair squats with shoulder raises

I don't know what these are called, but you start with you arms to your side and then bring them to the front
(as shown)

Those were about 1/2 of the different types of exercises we did…but it gives a good idea. Sorry the pictures are so blurry, he took them with his IPhone in the dungeon (aka basement).

I actually don't mind working out at home. I do like all the different types of equipment there are at gyms, but sometimes its kinda nice to workout at home.

When and (if) Dave and I ever move I'm not sure what we will do about the gym situation.  Right now we are members of the nicest gym in the world.  Maybe not in the world, but I swear it feels that way.  It is fully rocked on the outside and all the inside pillars or rocked and the beams over head or huge wooden beams, like a log cabin or hotel or something really neat. The atmosphere is that of a spa. Its so lovely. The equipment is all new and each machine has its own tv.  The locker rooms are another story. The floors are all slated along with the showers, which are amazing. The showers are bigger than my shower at home each with their own dressing room attached. I used to get ready there every single morning after working out and I LOVED IT.  They provide, lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, q-tips, tampons, razors, hair dryers, shaving cream for men, mouth wash…EVERYTHING you can think of.  I love this place.

Wanna guess how much we pay each month?….. $16 dollars!  No joke!  We paid a one time $150 sign on fee (together)and then we only pay $16 a month and are on a month to month contract.  See why I love this place?  Its high class, but super cheap!  Anyhow, my point is, after living in such luxury, we aren't sure what we will do after we move.  This gym will be 20 minutes away and all though I love it, it is not worth the drive. There are several gyms in the area, but they are all way more expensive and compared to Cross Roads (that's the name) and they are CRAPPY!  We might make our own little workout area in the basement and just buy the things we need, but we will see how it goes! It would be fun to create a gym in our basement (it is unfinished)…notice how I keep saying "our basement"…we don't really know if we are going to get the house or not…but a girl can dream right?

I'm SUPER excited its Friday and can't wait to get off work and hang out with Dave. We, like everyone else in the world, love the weekends so much. I love spending entire days together and doing the things we love! I think we might be going to a matinee this afternoon! Any recommendations?? I hope you all have an AWESOME WEEKEND!

I plan on running 5 miles tomorrow! (Posting that I'm going to do it will motivate me to follow through) I think Dave will join me when I tell him about it!!  I'm super excited!! I'll let you know how it goes!! xoxoxo

Do you workout at the gym or at home?
Do you feel you get as good of a workout at home as you do at the gym?
How much does your gym cost? (I want to see what is reasonable, I realize $16 is super cheap)
Have you done "The Shred"..did you like it?
Have you tried PX90…did you like it?
